Whilst it’s been a hugely challenging time for the Events Centre, the health and safety of our guests and staff has always been our top priority. Consequently, we’ve been working hard over the last few months, preparing the venue so that we can re-open in a COVID-safe manner.
And now, we’re pleased to say, we’re ready to welcome you back!
We’re currently open for small meetings/seminars and events for up to 30 people and weddings for up to 15 people.
New safety measures have been introduced to reassure event organisers and guests that Springfields Events & Conference Centre adheres to Government and Public Health England guidance.
- Hand sanitiser stations throughout the building (including touchless units)
- NHS Track and Trace system in place
- COVID-19 safety signage throughout the building
- Social distancing markers and signage
- COVID-19 compliant catering
- Contactless card payments
- Enhanced cleaning measures
- Face coverings to be worn
- Bespoke risk assessments for all events
